Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and support nonviolent female ex-offenders in their journey towards successful reintegration into society by providing comprehensive assistance in the areas of housing, mental health support, job placement and financial literacy.
Our History
Our organization, founded by two sisters, has a rich history of providing specialized support in the areas of mental health, financial literacy, and job placement assistance within the non-profit sector.
Driven by our personal experiences and a deep passion for helping others, we embarked on this journey with the vision of creating a comprehensive support system for individuals facing mental health challenges. Our organization aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health and ensure that everyone has access to the necessary resources and support.
Recognizing the interplay between mental health and financial well-being, we expanded our services to incorporate financial literacy education. We believe that by equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to manage their finances, we can empower them to make informed decisions, achieve economic stability, and reduce stressors that may impact their mental health.
Understanding that gainful employment is a vital component of overall well-being and social integration, we further expanded our services to include job placement assistance. We work closely with employers, job training programs, and community partners to connect individuals with meaningful employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and aspirations.
Throughout our history, we have witnessed the transformative power of our specialized support services. We have seen individuals overcome obstacles, regain their confidence, and rebuild their lives. Our organization is committed to continuing this impactful work, fostering resilience, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
